1. Who Qualifies for Tax Exemption?
You may be eligible for tax exemption if you are:
A registered reseller purchasing DTF transfers or supplies for resale.
A nonprofit organization with a valid tax-exempt certificate.
A government agency or educational institution that qualifies for tax exemption.
All applicants must provide official documentation proving their tax-exempt status.
2. How to Apply for Tax Exemption
To request tax-exempt status on ZizoDTF.com, follow these steps:
Create an Account
If you don’t already have an account, please sign up before submitting your tax-exemption request.
Submit Your Tax-Exempt Certificate
Email a valid State Resale Certificate, Sales Tax Exemption Certificate, or other applicable tax-exempt documentation to zizodtf@gmail.com
Include your business name, contact details, and Zizo DTF account email in the request.
Verification Process
Our team will review your submission within 1-2 business days.
If approved, your account will be updated to reflect a tax-exempt status on future orders.
You will receive a confirmation email once your exemption is processed.
3. Important Notes
Tax-exempt status applies only to approved accounts. Taxes cannot be refunded retroactively on past orders.
Orders placed before approval will include applicable sales tax.
Customers must maintain compliance with all tax laws and regulations in their state or region.
We reserve the right to deny or revoke tax-exempt status if fraudulent or invalid documentation is provided.
