4. Do you accept custom designs?

Yes! We accept custom designs for DTF transfers. Simply upload your design in the appropriate file format (preferably PNG, JPEG, or TIFF) during checkout. Be sure to check the resolution and size of your design before uploading to ensure the best print quality.

5. How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. However, custom orders may take slightly longer depending on the complexity. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

6. Do you offer rush shipping?

Yes, we offer expedited and overnight shipping for faster delivery. You can choose your preferred shipping option at checkout.

7. What is your return policy?

9. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, we are unable to cancel the order as production may have already begun.
