How to Apply UV DTF Stickers

UV DTF application takes less than a minute per sticker and requires no special tools:

Step 1 — Clean the surface: Wipe the application area with isopropyl alcohol or a lint-free cloth to remove oil, dust, and fingerprints. Surface preparation is the most important factor in adhesion quality.

Step 2 — Peel the liner: Starting from one corner, slowly peel the clear protective liner from the printed film.

Step 3 — Position and press: Place the sticker face-down onto your surface and smooth firmly from the center outward, pressing out any air bubbles.

Step 4 — Remove the carrier: Peel the carrier film back slowly at a low angle. The sticker stays on the surface.

Step 5 — Let it cure: Allow 24 hours before exposing the item to water or heavy handling for maximum adhesion strength.

Yes. UV DTF film is flexible enough to conform to the gentle curves of standard tumblers and bottles. Apply slowly from one edge across the curve to avoid air bubbles. Very tight or irregular curves may not produce a smooth result — test on a sample piece first.
