What to Evaluate When You Receive Your Sample

Print sharpness: Examine fine lines, small text, and gradient edges. Quality DTF printing at 1800 DPI should render clean, crisp detail without blurring.

Color accuracy: Compare the printed colors against what you would expect from your own designs.

Application test: Apply the sample to a garment using your heat press at 305-320°F for 10-15 seconds at medium pressure. Cold peel after 5-10 seconds of cooling.

Wash test: Run the applied garment through your washing machine inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Check the print after washing — sharp edges, retained colors, and no cracking indicate a quality transfer.

Evaluating the UV DTF Sticker Sample

Surface adhesion: Apply the sticker to a clean, dry hard surface — a tumbler, glass, metal, or plastic. Press firmly and smooth from center outward.

Edge definition: Quality UV DTF printing should produce clean, precise cut edges with no rough cuts or color bleeding.

Durability test: After 24-48 hours of adhesion, try to lift a corner. A properly applied UV DTF sticker should resist peeling.

What heat press settings should I use to apply the DTF transfer sample?

Apply at 305-320°F (152-160°C) with medium-to-firm pressure for 10-15 seconds. Pre-press your garment for 3-5 seconds first. After pressing, allow to cool 5-10 seconds before cold peeling. For polyester, use 305°F.

What should I do if the sample arrives damaged?

Contact our customer support team and describe the issue. If your sample arrived damaged in transit, provide a photo and we will send a replacement. We take quality feedback seriously and will make it right.
