At Zizo DTF, we take pride in providing high-quality DTF transfers and gang sheets with fast and reliable service. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund. Once production has started, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
2. Refund Eligibility
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
Defective or Damaged Products – If you receive a defective, misprinted, or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Wrong Item Received – If you receive an incorrect product, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost in Transit – If your package is lost and not delivered, we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
Custom DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets (as these are printed specifically for your order).
Incorrect Designs Uploaded by Customers – Please review your files carefully before submitting your order.
Color Variations – Slight color differences due to screen resolution or material differences are not eligible for refunds.
Delayed Shipments – We guarantee fast processing, but we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you believe you are eligible for a refund or replacement, follow these steps:
Contact us at zizodtf@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the defect or issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If a replacement is issued, we will send a new item at no additional cost.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.
