At Zizo DTF, we deliver high-quality DTF transfers and gang sheets quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before the cutoff time, e.g., 2 pm EST (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom orders or bulk purchases may require additional processing time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holidays.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email or on the carrier’s website.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If it is still missing, contact us within 7 days.
Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
Delayed Shipments: Delays are beyond our control once an order is handed to the carrier. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues.
6. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
Ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees for resending the package.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
