ZizoDTF carries DTF printer ink in CMYK and white formulations, compatible with Epson printhead DTF printers. Whether you are running a dedicated DTF production setup or adding DTF capability to an existing workflow, the ink you use directly affects print vibrancy, adhesion quality, and long-term durability of your transfers. Our DTF inks are formulated for consistent color output across extended print runs. The CMYK set produces accurate, vibrant colors on both light and dark garments when paired with the white ink underbase. White ink is the foundation of every DTF transfer — it creates the opaque layer that makes your colors pop on any fabric color. CMYK Ink Set: Cyan, magenta, yellow, and black ink bottles for full-color DTF printing. These four colors combine to reproduce any design, including photographic images, gradients, and complex color blends. White Ink: The most critical consumable in DTF printing. White ink forms the adhesive underbase layer beneath your color design. It is consumed at a higher rate than CMYK inks, so plan for more frequent white ink purchases. Proper white ink circulation and maintenance prevents clogging — the most common issue in DTF printer operation. Our DTF inks are compatible with Epson-based DTF printers, including popular models using Epson I3200, XP600, and L1800 printheads. If you are unsure whether your printer is compatible, check your printer's printhead type in the manufacturer documentation or contact our support team. Do not mix DTF ink brands within the same ink system without performing a full flush. Different ink formulations can react with each other and cause clogging, color inconsistency, or printhead damage. Store DTF ink at room temperature (65-80°F / 18-27°C) away from direct sunlight. Shake ink bottles gently before use to ensure pigment is evenly distributed — this is especially important for white ink, which settles faster than CMYK inks. Use opened ink within 6-12 months for best results. Our DTF inks are designed for Epson printhead-based DTF printers, including models using I3200, XP600, and L1800 printheads. These cover the majority of DTF printers on the market. Check your printer's printhead specification for compatibility. Ink consumption depends on your print volume and design density. White ink is consumed at a higher rate than CMYK inks because it forms the underbase layer on every transfer. For a typical small-to-medium production setup, expect to replenish white ink approximately twice as often as CMYK. White DTF ink contains heavier pigment particles that settle when the printer sits idle. Regular white ink circulation (daily if possible), keeping the printer in a temperature-controlled environment, and shaking the white ink bottle before refilling all help prevent clogging. If your printer has a white ink circulation feature, use it. No. If you do not own a DTF printer, you can order finished custom DTF transfers and gang sheets directly from us. We print, powder, cure, and ship ready-to-press transfers to your door. Our ink and supplies are for customers who operate their own DTF printing equipment. No. DTF ink is specifically formulated for DTF printing on film with adhesive powder application. It is not compatible with standard inkjet printers and should only be used in printers designed or converted for DTF printing.Learn More About DTF Printer Ink | CMYK + White Ink Bottles | ZizoDTF ▼
