UV DTF Sticker Transfers (for Hard Surfaces)

UV DTF Transfers by Size — Custom UV DTF sticker transfers for tumblers, glass, metal, plastic, wood, and other hard surfaces. Peel-and-apply — no heat press needed. Waterproof and scratch-resistant. Available in standard sizes.

UV DTF Gang Sheets — Multiple UV DTF sticker designs on a single 15-inch wide sheet. Five sheet lengths available. Same peel-and-apply process as individual UV DTF transfers, with a lower cost per sticker.

What is the difference between DTF transfers and UV DTF transfers?

DTF transfers are designed for fabric — t-shirts, hoodies, bags, and other garments. They require a heat press to apply. UV DTF transfers are designed for hard surfaces — tumblers, glass, metal, plastic, and wood. They peel and apply by hand with no equipment needed. Both are printed at 1800 DPI with full-color artwork support.

Do I need a DTF printer to order from ZizoDTF?

No. Most of our customers do not own DTF printers. You upload your design, we print it on DTF film (or UV DTF film), and ship the finished transfer to you ready to apply. You only need a heat press for garment transfers, or just your hands for UV DTF stickers. Our ink and supplies are for customers who operate their own DTF printing equipment.

Is there a minimum order on any product?

No. There is no minimum order on any ZizoDTF product. Order a single transfer, a single blank t-shirt, or a single bottle of ink. No setup fees and no surcharges for small orders.

What file format should I upload for my design?

PNG with a transparent background is recommended for all transfer and sticker orders. JPEG and TIFF are also accepted. Submit your file at 300 DPI minimum at the intended print size for the best results. Our printers output at 1800 DPI, so a high-resolution source file gives you the sharpest final product.

How long do DTF transfers last on garments?

With proper application and care — washing inside out in cold water, avoiding bleach and fabric softeners, tumble drying on low heat — DTF transfers maintain quality through 40+ wash cycles. Application settings (temperature, pressure, peel timing) and garment care both affect longevity.

Do you offer free samples?

Yes. We offer a free DTF transfer sample pack so you can evaluate print quality and adhesion on your own garments or surfaces before placing a paid order. Available to new customers.
